Happy belated birthday!

We here at FireJerryJones.com would like to belatedly wish our Dallas Cowboys a  Happy 50th Birthday!

Let us now take a quick moment to look at how things have gone during these last fifty years…

  • This chart tells me that only the most successful coaches get run out of town with a Jerry-vengeance (I just coined a new phrase). Let's wish all the success in the world for Wade Phillips and GM Jerry!

    Two things stand out in that graphic:

    1) Steve Pelluer (UGH)
    2) The Cowboys have reached the playoffs only 10 times in 21 seasons under Jerry Jones. Raise your hand if you think that would get just about any other GM fired.
