		<description>Jerry is still twice as effective an NFL Owner of any Owner in the NFL.  His GM problem stems from over-rewarding players for good seasons with too much money.  Case in point is Hamlin and every other player he put on easy street.  The Ellis contract appears to match the player&#039;s ability but, he complains about being under-paid just like every private-sector employee.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;We need another strong draft from the Front-Office this year. Go Cowboys</description>
