Jimmy Johnson ran the draft then and won three Super Bowls (two as Cowboys head coach and then the team Jimmy built won another Super Bowl after Jerry ran him off). It was only after Jerry ran Jimmy off that Jerry started running the draft himself, then they won no more Super Bowls after that. And Bullet Bob Hayes???? That man was drafted in the 60's about 25 years before Jerry bought the team. Jerry was still popping zits when that man was drafted. Jerry didn't pick Emmitt Smith and Troy Aikman.
