		<description>Please remember,  Aikman was a throughbreed QB not available to just any team.  The Cowboys had to compile a miserable 1-15 record to get the opportunity to select Aikman.  Jerry is triing to avoid this cycle of the NFL draft (worst team = first draft pick)  to get another franchise QB and Romo may be it.  Getting rid of TO (overbearing wide receiver) is the first step to letting a youthful Romo take charge and lead the offense like championship QBs do.  Jerry&#039;s experiment will be a success if Romo becomes this leader, otherwise, maybe a stronger coach is needed (see Parcells) for this overbearing owner/GM - Go Cowboys.</description>
