So what we can say here is that Owner Jerry can learn something from Tom Hicks? Oh my.

Linemen usually take time to develop - let's hope it's not too late. Until then Falsestart Adams and his linemates are all we have.

As if being compared to Al Davis weren't bad enough, now Jerry is being compared to Tom Hicks? Ouch.

But I will say this about Hicks, it looks like he's finally wised up on the baseball side of things. He went out and hired *gasp* a GM who has installed a solid philosophy whose core is to build talent through the draft. Now the Rangers are considered to have one of the top minor league systems in baseball.

That said, it is always wise to take what Randy Galloway says with a grain of salt and a shot of penicillin. He conveniently left out Nick Folk in his analysis of the 2006 draft and Deon Anderson from the 2007 draft. He also ignored the 2008 draft, which is looking like it would run a close second to the 2005 draft with Felix Jones, Mike Jenkins, Martellus Bennett, TaShard Choice and Orlando Scandrick.

Lost in all of this, however, is the thing that will hurt the Cowboys most in the near future. That is the lack of a quality offensive lineman. The Cowboys MUST address this in April. Flozell Adams looks more and more like a giant statue and the lack of depth is something that will kill them if/when the injury bug decides to hit.
